I bought a pair of cheap leather saddlebags and they turn white in the rain, why?
I bought a pair of cheap leather saddle bags for my bike. When I got them outa the box they had this white powdery stuff on them. I used some leather conditioner and cleaner and it made'em smooth and black. After riding in the rain though, that white stuff if back and its all over the saddlebags. Whats up?
