once I zoomed the photos in I could see what you were talking about but still you look good. Add some more weight training in with your regular cardio work out and you'll see toning in your legs and abs soon enough.
Lunges really help the legs and a$& and if you add a couple 10lb weights when you do them all the more resistance to speed up that definition.
The thing is; the fast you lose weight, the faster you put it back on.
How can you be sure that extra 20pounds isnt just your body growing? I'm sure you are getting taller and growing things likes breasts, so weight gain is really to be expected. You can't remain a child forever and hips and thighs are part of growing up. How many women (outside of a magazine) do you know with really silm thighs? Theres a genetic reason women store fat around the hips (unfortunately, lol).
Are you taking iron pills for your anemia? Sounds like you should be.
For exercise why not join up to play a sport you enjoy? Or you could start yoga, pilates or even dancing. Aim for 3 – 6 days a week, at least 30mins a day. For a diet; make sure you eat plenty of fruit, whole grains, lean protein, diary, nuts and veggies. Its important to have a decent breakfast when dieting and to drink lots of water. Also lunch shouldnt be underestimated as that is what will keep you moving and thinking for the rest of the day, so make sure you take food to school.
