How can i get rid of my love handles and saddle Bags(not Cellialite)?
Like what should I eat or stay away from, what exercises would help??You know.
Running is a really good exercise to lose love handles.
When you run, your legs are obviously in a swinging motion. If you do that swinging motion in slow motion, you'll notice that you're also using your obliques, which are the sides of your abs.
I'd try running as much as you can, maybe three to four times a week, if you have the time.
Also, try to stay away from fats and sugars. Fats and sugars almost always go to your stomach and hips, which is why you're getting love handles and saddle bags.
Any motorist will know that, no matter how much money you pay for a car, how new or old it is, there will always be something that can go wrong. It doesn’t matter how rare the fault is, or how well the car runs most of the time, eventually something can go wrong – and when it does, you often find yourself having to hand over plenty of cash to get it repaired. A good workout program and diet is the key to any successful fitness goal. A diet should contain a good amount of protein, low-gi carbs, and healthy fats (such as peanuts, almonds, etc). You can't spot reduce fat (like in the stomach area). You can only lose weight by burning more calories then you consume and you can only build muscle by eating more calories then you burn. A simple concept of thermodynamics.
Bleeding Murphy that is a big bike for a first timer. I was worried about getting on a 600. I don't think you should get anything above a 1000cc bike. Surely there is a cruiser the same style bit smaller? My choice would be a Honda Blackbird but I am kinda sporty. Look for something similar at 500cc to 1000cc. One thing, a lighter bike is not neccesarily easier to ride.
Saddle bags are very tough to get rid of. It usually accompanies a build up of cellulite in that area. The only thing to do is to diet and build up the muscles in that area.
Try some running or cycling. Also do some squats. They don't have to be heavy squats. When you do them, move your feet around with each set. Do a set with your feet about shoulder width. So another set with your feet a little more than shoulder width apart. Then a final set with your feet close together. Also, try some lunges.
Saddle bags won't go away overnight as it took longer than one night to get them. Make your lifestyle more active. Work in the yard on your days off or spend more time out of the house than in it while you are awake.
go sit on a few bikes you wil know the right one once you sit on it learning how to ride or drive best you take a class i ride a sportster and its heavier than many bikes bigger bikes ride better you can learn on a smaaler bike at a class many have their own bikes you learn how to ride then go get bike
