This depends on weapon type, state, and which cop you pass on the road. For example, in alaska, with a shotgun, you’re cool. In New Jersey, with an AR-15, and a t-shirt that says “Police can suck it”, you’re definitley going to jail. Under the seat, and lockable saddle bags usually count as trunk space. Call your local police cheif, he’ll tell you what his officers would consider ok (Which honestly matters more then the actual wording of the law, to avoid issue in the first place) Not legal advice, your mileage may vary, consult your physician, blah blah blah

Sweetie if you are only 14 you shouldn't even be worrying about what you look like. And your weight is not bad at all for your height. I weigh a few pounds lighter and am 5'3 as well. But if you really want to just shape up… and remember that toning will increase muscle which will weigh more than fat… You HAVE to stick with your routine. Such as dieting. All diets work for different people. So you need to find the one that fits you. I personally limit my meals. I like to over stuff myself which will increase the size of your stomach. ONLY eat till you are satisfied!
Keep your routine with exercising as well. Doing it once a week will not tone you or help. You need to build it. And if you are sore after a work out make sure to take a day off so your muscles can relax and heal. Other wise you'll even put more days off not exercising because you've worked yourself hard and won't be able to move 
. Lunges are excellent for the legs and butt, as well as leg lifts on a weight set. And as much as I HATE crunches and sit ups they really do work. Takes a bit longer for results but there are so many different exercises for every muscle. Go to websites and find ones that SUIT you 
And remember always to stretch before working out. And if using a bench set ALWAYS make sure you have someone with you.
