what does the tank guard do?
Those came from Taiwan around 1974. Looked like little motor bikes and sold like hotcakes for a short time but were far too heavy and the kids could not do the stunts on them. They had various brand names on them and Norco was the company that supplied me.
In the real cycling world they were awfull bikes.

I’ve had this issue happen 3 times. First and second were in early morning hours in direct sunlight for about 5 min. The third was during afternoon with temps about 70-75 degrees. I take extra care when around direct sunlight.I have it setup on my motorcycle tank for GPS during long trips cross country.
