   Hi FARRe teenage excitability for males, maybe the overhang of British reserve or the shame of beastliness (masturbation) may have been the key to my old bf’s discomfort.Nudge, the bike shed is for the council employees only but at the railway station people can hire lockable storage sheds for their bikes as the commute to Wellington is 50 km but it’s good to think that people will at least cruise to the station on their bikes.Was at the supermarket yesterday and had bike excitement. A lady who was in her sixties had a Mamachari bike with the step through frame and a good sized pannier on the front, sturdy luggage rack on the back with attached panniers and a lock on the back wheel like your bike. I think for a moment she thought I was on drugs such was my enthusiasm but answered my questions and handed me a pamphlet on these bikes. This crowd in Wellington restore these bikes and seem like they really love what they can’t afford a Pashley from England or a Batavus but these are worth a look and the best thing is that I can make a day of it if I buy one because I could cycle to the railway station pay around $5 to transport it in the guard’s van on the train and ride it home afterwards. I’m going to scheme and wheel and deal as much as I can to get the dosh to buy one. A while ago the council was proposing that a lot more bike racks be erected around the mall but the mall management put the kibosh on it stating that the racks would not be used. They didn’t even canvass opinion which pissed me off. I’ve noticed a lot more people cycling and sometimes it’s difficult to find something to chain your bike to but I can usually find a post somewhere. The NYT article exposes people with what my dad would have called “rabid ass minds” – hell, how gullible can some people be?

One of them is Interpretation that I apply in this process. This interpretation is not the same as orally translation, but it is usually used in literary works. It consists of version and imitation. Version of poem means that Target Language has the same content as the Source Language while imitation presses on message behind the poems. Robert Browning’s poem provides metaphor and rhyme. This poem consists of two couplets and each couplet has the same rhyme in the end of line, example: (the word land in the first line with sand in the last line, and in the middle of line also provide nice sound, such as low and prow, leap and sleep). Next couplet also attends nice rhyme, such as: beach, scratch, and match; appears and fears).“Meeting at Night” is translated ad Perjumpaan Kala Malam. It has the same structure, meaning that I apply Linear Process. Source Language has the same content as the Target Language. This poem actually tells about love. It makes, one might say, a number of statements about love; being in love is a sweet and exciting experience; when one is in love everything seems beautiful to him, and the most trivial things become significant; when one is in love his sweetheart seems the most important object in the world. But the poet actually tells us none of these things directly. He does not even use the word love in his poem. His business is to communicate experience, not information. He does not this largely in two ways. First, he presents us with a specific situation, in which a lover goes to meet his sweetheart. Second, he describes the lover’s journey so vividly in terms of sense impressions that the reader not only sees and hears what the lover saw and heard but also shares his anticipation and excitement.Every line in the poem contains some image, some appeal to the senses: the gray sea, the long black land, the yellow half-moon, the startled little waves with their fiery ringlets, the blue spurt of the lighted match – all appeal to our sense of sight and convey not only shape but also color and motion. The warm sea-scented beach appeals to the senses of both smell and touch. The pushing prow of the boat on the slushy sand, the tap at the pane, the quick sharp scratch of the match, the low speech of the lovers, and the sound of their two hearts beating – all appeal to the sense of hearing. Generally, I apply Lexical equivalence in translation process. It can be seen below:1.The gray sea and the long black land = Laut kelabu dan daratan hitam yang panjang. Why do I use the word “daratan” not “tanah” in translating the word “land”? Because there is the word, sea in the previous sentence; therefore daratan is more appropriate to follow laut (antonym). 2.Yellow can be translated as terang because it describes the light of moon which is so close with the lover. In addition, the word low is translated as close (dekat), the distance is so near between lover and moon. It uses metaphor style.3.Pushing prow is closest with the word boat, so I use the word kapal to translate this word to form aesthetics meaning.Sense impression is only one of elements of experience. A poet may attain his ends by other means. We must never judge any single element of poem except in reference to the total intention of that poem. II. SHORT STORYSource Text:CAN CANA Husband arranges a secret meeting with a woman and is surprised by the outcome.“I am going to go for a drive,” he said to his wife. “I’ll be back in an hour or two.”He didn’t often leave the house for more than the few minutes it took him to go to the post office or to a store, but spent his time hanging around, doing odd jobs _ Mr. Fix it, his wife called him, and also, though not nearly enough of it, painting – which he made his living from.“All right,” his wife said brightly, as though he were doing her favor, as a matter of fact, she didn’t really like him to leave, she felt safer with him at home, and he helped look after the children especially the baby.“You’re glad to be rid of me, aren’t you? The word dancing in the next sentence describes that Can can is a special dance always done by a wife to attract her husband who makes affair with another woman.2.Go to another woman is translated ‘berpaling ke wanita lain’. Strategy: Modulation. It is used to translate phrase, clause, or sentence. The translator focuses on message behind the sentence to be understandable. 3.Stocking is translated as stocking (transliteration). The strategy used in this case is Semantic strategy (Borrowing).    I hate the way people get on crowded double-decker buses and beep their oyster card, and then stand in front of the reader blocking the people behind. Also, not moving down inside buses and blocking the entrance by the luggage rack (which no-one ever uses). Oh, and people who walk slowly down the escalators on the left. I mean, if they *stop* on the left one can get them out of the way, but if they are moving… what’s the point of moving if they aren’t in a hurry? They might as well stand on the right.

   It’s such a cute room! I love all the little touches you have for your guests, the slippers the luggage rack. Definitely the type of thing I’d love to have in my house. And I love the sheets on the bed!

   Your Grandmother isn't "senile" as "Stewie" suggests. She just doesn't know about collector or classic cars. It is an older car in need of some repairs. All Miata's are convertibles and they do have somewhat of a following but are not antique or rare. I would say try at $2500 and negotiate from there.

   Since it appears you think it's a real good car with only a few things needing attention take some good pictures and post it for sale on CL or Ebay. Whatever the highest offer is—-is exactly what it is worth!

   With the problems you mention you may not get any interest at all, believe it or not.

   People don't like to buy problems, and it's not classic.
