Frame Bracket
Are there any rear pannier racks that will go on bicycle lacking holes in the frame for brackets?
I just bought an older bike that lacks the little holes that aftermarket brackets use to tighten down pannier racks. I don't want one of those seatpost pannier racks. Are there any other options??
There are a couple ways to do this one is using band clamps available at any bike shop, another is to use a rack designed for a full suspension that mounts off the seat post

I'm attaching an outdoor speaker bracket to a 2X4 frame and wondering what size screws I should use and?
Attaching an outdoor speaker bracket to a 2x4 frame in my backyard and wondering what type and size screws I should use. I want screws that won't rust. Should I use galvanized? Also, the speakers are 5inch speakes but fairly thick so should I use 2inch, 2.5inch or 3 inch screws. The bracket allows for two screws. Thanks!
Buy stainless screws. A few cents more and you will not have to worry about them. Standard galv deck screws should not be used for this project - they are brittle and may break. Don't know your speaker's weight, or what gets broken if they fall - hard to estimate. If this is 40 feet in the air over a neighborhood crowd I would use different materials than if it is mounted over a plant.
If you put the camera on a tripod and played with the exposure. You could easily make any camera with manual controls take HDRs. If you are trying to shoot a moving subject it is a lot harder with that method.
Tip: Three exposures is great but 5 in the same dynamic range is better. You get more detail throughout the image.

I think that would be relatively easy … if you use hard hardwood + a bunch of right-angle brackets (picture frame brackets – ) you should be alright there. The side-to-side integrity might be difficult to swing due to there being no back, but that could be kindof fixed (sacrificing a bit of the design) with some standard wire cross-bracing… something like this across the back: ) When you decide what to do post pics or updates. :^) –Robert
