I'm guessing you start off by promoting your designs and what not? I want to start up a home clothing line. I'm just a bit confused on how to print the designs off, how to get them printed onto t-shirts, bags etc, How to set up a website.

If you are just printing on standard items, you can get a local clothing printer to do it for you (or at least a sample batch) if you want to produce clothing, you will need a specialist manufacturer to produce your prototypes - you can source these in Turkey etc. to save money although a UK supplier will be quicker and communication easier.
It is worth getting professional help with your website.

As installation art these bags function well – they send a clear message in their use of senses of sight and smell. The fact that there were complaints of the bags in the parking lot speaks to the effectiveness of the project. That being said, this does work better in a trash pile easily seen in public. Like you mention, the versatility of the bags allows for a lot of bags to be set up anywhere in a short amount of time. Great potential for guerrilla applications.
