bags saddlebags how do i get rid of these saddlebags?
I am on a competitive dance team and i work out rigorously at practices 3-4 times a week. We don't just dance at practices we do strength excercises and stretches along with the cardio that comes along with strenuous dancing. How do I get rid of saddle bags on my inner things???
Lunges, running, walking, swimming, plies,
Good exercise- Do about 10 plies... with feet about 1-2 ft apart and then lift up your heels while plieing ... makes your inner thighs burn!
Another is ..in doggy style ..lift out your leg like a male dog pees..in and out..sounds perverted but it works
