bag Pouch I have a flowerhorn with a little sac/bag hanging out of his left gill from the inside of his body.?
I think the sac/bag is fat deposits though, i'm not too sure.
I fed him about 10-12 crickets that I got from the store. His current diet is made up of pellets and frozen raw shrimp that I cut in pieces for him. Could it be that the crickets are naturally high in fat content or protein that caused this to my flowerhorn fish? I checked on the right side gill too, and it has a smaller sac like a little bigger than a pea. But the one on the left is keeping the gill from closing completely. It's kind of like a flat water- pouch shaped. Any idea or help would be much appreciated.
I raise flowerhorns and have had several years experience with them. I have never seen the "sac/bag" that you are referring to. It sounds like a tumor, but without a photo, no one will be able to tell you for sure. What do the crickets have to do with it? Did this appear immediately after the cricket feeding? Please update you question or email me and I'll see if I can help.

Dating, what can I say? With or without a pouch, it can suck. I’ve had my ostomy since I was 8 years old. So my whole life and every experience is with a pouch. When I started dating, not only was it awkward because of dating in general but I had the additional burden of wearing a bag… But as it turned out, once some gets to know you, (you have to be just your self,) and when you are comfortable, you just sit down and tell them the facts. Most of the time it was nothing for my boyfriends, once I had a bad experience with telling someone and needless to say, he was out of my life after that. I have to tell you, wearing a bag/ pouch has not stopped me from dating and eventually marrying a wonderful man, who absolutely loves me and my bag doesn’t even faze him… you can contact me if you have any questions….. Be yourself. Wearing a pouch is only a small part of who you are!!
treat them all as though they are NOT sterile. It is not something you want to risk. Make sure that you know any and ALL equipment is sterile before using it.
I'd not do the diet pills, because they can really mess up your metabolism, body, and heart. It takes PATIENCE. Also, junk food items are ok once in a while, but I'd switch the regular chips for baked, light, or an alternative. When you want to have cookies, the 100 cal packs are good, of find cookies that are around 100/cookie or less. SELF DISCIPLINE to say NO is important. The first three days are the hardest, so you need to stay super strong, the cravings will subside after that and two weeks later, if you stick to your new lifestyle, it will be more of an easy habit than hard diet.
For frozen dinners, I agree that they are good, easy, and low in cals; just watch sodium.

Make sure you get enough calories though, and get in activity!
Oh, some other snack ideas: Air popped popcorn with cinnamon and splenda fruits/yogurt dry cereal (get puffed corn from Whole foods, and you can add marshmallows or raisins or whatever) Chewy granola bars/100 cal packs/Kashi bars
If you want to loose your "pouch" then you deffinetely need to change your diet. You are eating way too many carbs at each meal. You need to be eating a ratio of 40/40/20. that is 40%protein, 40%veggies, and 20%carbs. Right now your 80% carbs and 19%protein, and 1%veggies. Anywho, here is a great menu plan breakfast: omelet w/ 2% skim milk cheese, tea mix lunch:wheat bread w/lowfat mayo, mustard, lettuce, lean meat, 2% cheese, carrots, tea. dinner: keep the same, im sure those are great! remember: keep Healthy snack at work, freash veggies and fruit. those "crispy" veggies are deep fried. tons of fat in them. have fun!
Sorry to have crushed you so thoroughly . We’ll definitely be friends this time.”Plastic bag pouch helmets” is easily the best series of words I’ve heard today.

I have been through it all and know what's it about. The main thing is to stick in there. You can't be an addict to food and never exercise if you want to live a healthy life and keep the weight off. I've worked out, done every diet, and all types of classes.
Nothing works, besides dedication and intelligence towards the subject of losing weight.
First, depending on how much weight you need to lose, your diet is the first concern. You can't eat 10,000 calories a day and expect the weight to come off, even if you are exercising a lot. Which brings us to the next thing. Duh, Exercising…
This is a must especially if you need to a lot of weight. Get at least 30 mins of some good hardcore exercising. Do some cardio, in the long run, it's good for the heart.
However, I find the most hardest part of losing weight/keeping it off, in my diet. It's so hard to keep your fingers out of the cookie jar or those chocolate goodies. I've found a great addition to help any one out, it's a natural weight loss supplement called Proactol. Now don't get all crazy on me and say diet pills don't work. That is true, but not in this case. This one isn't meant to burn pounds while you sit on the couch. It's an appetite suppressant, along with being a fat binder. I saved money on the pills at theweightlossplace.com along with getting some good info. It basically makes those fingers not go towards the cookie jar. For me it's the best pill I've tried and I've tried cupboards full. Now this doesn't mean you have to follow my foot steps but I've successfully lost roughly 70 pounds and keeping it off til this day.
Well good luck and remember what I said, Dedicate.

Find the right kind of packaging film, bag or pouch is necessary as this should be product specific. The packaging material for food product is different from the pjharmaceutical ones. Well written tips.

How about a handle or just a normal way to drink those weird plastic bag pouches of milk they use to give you. Those things were a nightmare.

It really depends on where you live — what county, what da, what judge, what jury. They could throw the book at him or not, or he could win the case
